HOW TO ORDER
Online: All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation upon submission. If you placed an order and did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact Customer Service.
Fax: You can fax an order to us at 1-978-777-8490. Orders submitted by fax must be paid for by a credit card or a preapproved account. We will fax an order confirmation when the order is received.
Phone: Our friendly customer service staff is available to take your order or answer any of your questions. Please call 1-800-772-3838

PAYMENT METHODS  
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards on line or over the phone.

We also accept Purchase Order from our established accounts, we will verify and process orders paid by Purchase Order through the Phone or FAX only.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
In-stock orders placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

OFFICE HOURS
US Eastern Time 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

ORDER UPDATES & TRACKING NUMBERS
Customers will receive e-mail notifications when your order is received and shipped. Please keep those emails as a record, customers may also check the status of their order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link in your notification email.

BACK ORDER PROCESSING
Orders containing items on backorder might be shipped with multiple partial shipments, this will not cost additional shipping charges. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and follow up e-mails when each shipment is sent.

HOW TO RETURN
We honor a 30 day return policy.
For all items that you would like to return. Easy 1-2-3 steps
Step 1: Call our toll free number within 30 days of your order to receive an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization ).
Step 2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of your packing slip with your RMA Number.
Step 3: Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number) to:

For Returns: Expect to see the credit for all "like new" items applied to your credit card within 7-10 business days of our receipt of return.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless damaged or shipped incorrectly.



UPS GROUND DELIVERY TIMES
We exclusively use UPS for our shipping service. The following chart show the delivery time of UPS ground service.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $6.00 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $6.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.
