30 days of your order to receive an RMA Number (Return Authorization
Number).
- Step 2: Package item with all packaging
material and copy of your packing slip with your RMA Number.
- Step 3: Ship package through carrier
of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number)

| Canceling An Order: |
Please contact us ASAP as we ship most
of our orders the same day. Once an order has been shipped we cannot
cancel the order, the customer must return the order for a refund.

| Address Corrections: |
When placing your order, please verify
that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect
shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping
carrier to charge us a $10 address correction fee on each box shipped
to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the
correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address
correction. |
